Puppies are personally selected from professional breeders. They must be licensed and inspected by both their state as well as USDA. The kennel/breeder information is made available at the time of sale. We try to provide the consumer with as much information as possible. We often have a puppy picture and sometimes parent pictures will be included. We do not buy brokered puppies like many stores.  We have found that the best and healthiest puppies come directly from the source. Our policy is we wouldn't buy a puppy that we would not personally keep for ourselves-and as you will find talking with our staff; most of the staff have taken home puppies from the store as their own. Our puppies have been vet-checked by three different veterinarian's by the times they arrive in customer hands( the breeder's vet,shipping vet and finally our store vet). They are quarantined on arrival until they are rested and vet health certified .  If they need any TLC after travel they go to an employee home so that we can ensure good health when they leave us. During the puppies stay  they are groomed,vaccinated, nails cut, ears cleaned and  preventative worming is done. All vaccinations and worming records are up to date and all puppies are microchipped. We offer a 14 day health guarantee and 180 days for birth defects. We look for quality in our puppies.......check out the alumni and animals available.
